At PinPaint, every story bag is co-created with artists and made with care. We want you to feel confident and supported with your order.
Because many of our products are limited-run and artist-designed, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Please review the photos, descriptions, and dimensions before placing your order.
If your order has not shipped within the stated or updated fulfillment timeline, you may contact us before shipment to request a cancellation and refund.
If your item has a quality issue or manufacturing defect, we offer a one-year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll review it with care.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
If the same item is no longer available, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable replacement or another fair solution.
