We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

Most in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. For pre-orders, restocks, or high-volume releases, processing times may be longer and will be noted on the product page.

UPS Ground typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders of $58 or more!

We want every customer to feel confident and excited about their PinPaint order.

For pre-order items, you may request a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. If you change your mind during the pre-order period, simply reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help process your refund.

Once an order has shipped, we’re currently unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference. We kindly encourage you to review the product photos, descriptions, and dimensions before placing your order.

Warranty & Replacements

All PinPaint products include a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

If your item arrives with a quality issue or develops a workmanship-related issue within one year, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll review it with care and provide a free replacement if the issue is covered.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.

If the same item is no longer available, we’ll do our best to offer a suitable replacement or another fair solution.
